1. Validity of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Easy Chip and govern the use of our products, services, website, and other digital platforms (collectively referred to as “Services”).
The Customer acknowledges that by accessing Easy Chip’s Services, downloading and activating an eSIM, registering an account, or clicking “I agree,” they are fully accepting these Terms. If the Customer does not agree with the Terms, they should not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Easy Chip provides international connectivity through eSIMs — virtual chips activated via QR Code — with data, voice, and/or SMS packages available for various countries and regions. Activation is instantaneous on devices compatible with eSIM technology.
2.1. Customer Registration and Responsibilities
To use Easy Chip’s Services, the Customer must provide truthful information at the time of registration. The Customer is responsible for keeping their information up to date and for the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Easy Chip is not responsible for unauthorized uses resulting from the Customer’s negligence in keeping their account secure.
2.2. Device Compatibility
The Customer is responsible for verifying whether their device is compatible with eSIM technology and whether it is unlocked for use on other networks. Easy Chip provides a list of compatible devices during the purchase process but does not guarantee coverage for all models available in the market.
2.3. Easy Chip Commitments
Easy Chip will make reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous provision of Services but is not responsible for connectivity failures, technical interruptions, or unavailability due to external causes.
2.4. Customer Commitments
The Customer agrees to use the Services legally, without causing harm to the network, third parties, or Easy Chip. In case of misuse, Easy Chip reserves the right to suspend access to the Services.
3. Start, Duration, and Termination
The contract between the Customer and Easy Chip comes into effect at the moment the order is completed. The activation of the eSIM and the use of the Services are the responsibility of the Customer.
The contract will be considered terminated when:

- The data package expires;

- The Customer deletes the eSIM from the device;

- There is a violation of the Terms of use.
4. Payments and Financial Conditions
4.1. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via credit card, debit, PIX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other methods available at the time of purchase.
The prices displayed are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations or taxes according to current legislation.
4.2. Billing and Recurrence
If the Customer opts for plans with automatic renewal, the amount will be debited according to the contracted conditions. The renewal can be canceled at any time, effective after the end of the current cycle.
4.3. Billing for Business Partners
Business Partners (resellers, agencies, and affiliates authorized by Easy Chip) may purchase eSIMs and credits through a specific platform, with invoice issuance and detailed consumption tracking.
Invoice Issuance: Easy Chip may issue invoices in Brazilian reais (BRL) or US dollars (USD), as previously agreed with the Partner. These invoices detail the amounts of top-ups and eSIMs purchased during the period.
Payment Terms and Methods: payments must be made according to the conditions agreed upon in the contract. Failure to pay on time may result in:

Suspension of access to the platform;

Charging interest on the outstanding amount;

Administrative or legal charges related to credit recovery.
In case of difficulties with payment, the Business Partner must immediately contact Easy Chip for renegotiation.
4.4. Prepaid Credits
Business Partners can purchase Easy Chip credits for use in purchasing eSIMs and top-ups. The credits are added to the Partner’s account after payment confirmation and can be used according to business demand.
4.5. Postpaid Transactions (When Applicable)
Easy Chip may, upon credit analysis and the partner’s history, offer postpaid models with an approved limit, allowing the partner to purchase and pay later.
Credit Limit: will be stipulated by Easy Chip based on criteria such as:

Purchase volume;

Duration of partnership;
-
Regularity in payments.
The release of credit is not guaranteed and may be suspended or adjusted based on ongoing evaluation.
Accepted Payment Methods:

Boleto (upon approval)
Credits do not expire and can be used while the partnership is active. They are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error by Easy Chip.
5. Delivery
After payment confirmation:

The eSIM will be made available in the Customer’s or Partner’s account;

Installation instructions will be sent via email and can also be accessed through the Easy Chip dashboard.
All eSIMs are delivered in a digital format, via QR Code or automatic installation, depending on the device model.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
A
Easy Chip aims to ensure customer satisfaction by providing support for exceptional cases of technical failures. However, since it is a digital service, activated packages cannot be refunded, except for the exceptions listed below.
6.1. Cases where a refund may be authorized:

Incompatible eSIM, provided that it has not been activated and the customer presents documentation of incompatibility;

Proven technical failure caused by Easy Chip;

Duplicate charge;
-
Proven inability to use due to issues with the service provider’s network and not the device.
6.2. Cases where a refund will not be authorized:

Customer error at the time of purchase (incorrect country, wrong plan, invalid data);

Activation of the eSIM even if not used afterward;
-
Incompatible or locked device;
-
Request made after the 30-day period from the purchase.
6.3. Request Procedure
To request a refund or replacement:

The customer must contact Easy Chip via the official channel (website, email, or WhatsApp).

Provide the order number, purchased plan, and report the issue.

Send screenshots of the device configuration, when applicable.

Easy Chip will respond within 5 business days with the analysis.
If approved, the amount may be:

Refunded to the original payment method (up to 30 business days, depending on the bank or processor);
-
Converted into Easy Chip credit for use in new purchases (faster processing).
7. Final Provisions
7.1. Modifications
Easy Chip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the Services after this date will imply agreement with the new Terms.
7.2. Privacy Policy
All collected data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Our Privacy Policy can be consulted on Easy Chip’s official website.
