Is my phone compatible with eSIM?
Most smartphones released from 2019 onwards support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3 and later. Check your device's settings.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes! The eSIM works as an additional line. Your main number and WhatsApp continue to function normally on the physical chip.
When should I activate the eSIM?
We recommend installing the eSIM before your trip (at home, with Wi-Fi) and activating mobile data upon arrival at your destination.
How does the refund work?
If you haven't activated the eSIM, we offer a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Does the eSIM work on cruises?
The eSIM works on land in the countries covered by the plan. At sea, coverage depends on the availability of the local network.
