🔍 How to check on your phone

iPhone

1. Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data)
2. If the option “Add eSIM” or “Add Cellular Plan” appears, your iPhone is compatible ✅

Android

1. Dial *#06# on the phone keypad
2. If an EID (32 digits) appears in addition to the IMEI, your phone has eSIM ✅
3. Alternative: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager — if “Add eSIM” appears, it is compatible

🔓 Is my phone unlocked?

If you bought the device directly from the manufacturer or from a regular store, it is likely already unlocked. If you bought it subsidized by a carrier (postpaid plan with the phone included), it may be locked.

To check:

• Insert a SIM card from another carrier
• If it works without asking for an unlock code → it is unlocked ✅
• If it asks for “carrier unlock code” → you need to unlock it (call your carrier, it’s free)

❓ My phone is not on the list, what now?
